It's a corner block so I'd like to eventually put a garage/shed at the back which can be accessed from the side street. Block is 620sqm and I will have aproximately 8m between the back of the house and the rear boundary. Looking at a 3x9m shed. I've been going through the development code on the BCC website, trying to determine the following.... allowable distance from boundary of rear/side fences to garage allowable distance between shed/garage to house. Anyone been through this who may know where to find the info CLEARLY? I'm convinced the council makes it difficult to find deliberately. Cheers!
