Browse Forums Owner Builder Forum 1 Feb 15, 2012 10:26 pm Hi, I am hoping someone might be able to help me with a detailed list of the different stages of house construction. We are currently sorting out all our finances, which involves itemizing and costing all the stages and we want to make sure that we get it right. We have to write our own draw-down structure for the bank and if we miss something for a certain stage its hard to get it from the bank afterwards, hence the need to get it right. I understand all the stages, and know where all the big ticket items go, but its some of the smaller not so thought about stuff that has me a little baffled. If anyone has a list, or knows where i can get one from i would be very appreciative. I have looked all over the net and not be able to find one.
