Browse Forums Owner Builder Forum Re: Cost to Render 6Feb 15, 2012 5:19 pm Hi JMAP, Not sure how much per m2 our was as I'm not sure how many m2 of walls we had done. Our house is 300m2 floor space and ceiling height is 33c (about 2.9 metres high). Our float and set was $11,500 including sand (some plasterers want you to order in the sand yourself). They did an absolutely cracker job too, we are so impressed with the finish. It was quick too. 3 days for the grey render, then another 3 days for the white set. We shopped around a bit, and asked to see their latest job. Ended up going out to see 3 different sites as a comparison. There was quite a big difference between the thickness of the white set and the quality of the finish so we were glad we checked first. If you're in Perth and want the details of the guy we used I can PM you. Tammy Our owner-builder journey - viewtopic.php?f=38&t=45187 Hi Alex, Thanks for the reply again.
