This part is a bit of a shameless plug but Home Automation, Security, etc as below -Central closet holding all equipment, no clutter around the house -In wall/inceiling multi room audio -Distributed Video -Functioning Wireless and wired network throughout -TV panels installed -Lighting control -HVAC control -Access control -High end security (a system that can me self monitored) -Cameras (with a self monitored solution) -Central Vac -Blind/Shade control I will add more later as I think of it PS if you need some idea of pricing for the above feel free to give me a shout - Dave Goralski Coolabode Automation Award Winding Home Automation solutions http://www.coolabode.com.au http://www.facebook.com/coolabodeaustralia http://au.linkedin.com/in/davegoralski 0428-819-340 Re: What do you expect in a $2m property? 23Mar 17, 2012 8:59 am I disagree with previous posters who say you can't get $2M in Richmond, you sure could at 24sq each, a great finish and great location but it really depends on the market at the time and if there are similar developments. However, if I was doing a development for the high end market I wouldn't go on a public forum with the build unless it's only to spout how fantastic it is. You do not want your potential purchasers to do a basic internet search and find out what you went through. Buyer confidence is huge and I'm in two minds about your question.....one part of me says you're doing research the other part of me thinks you come across as inexperienced by asking this question in the first place. I genuinely don't mean to offend and for all I know you've done this many times before but I just think if you are talking the $$ you are for this development, both in cost and potential profit, I would be getting professional advice. If you want to know what your potential purchaser will want, go and look at similar developments around Australia and see what people are prepared to spend for the finish. Best of luck and I look forward to checking it out in the property pages. You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16145 Ask for some kickplate to be added and also for tradies to be requested to use lanyards on tools on that side of the building.
