I have a question regarding the termite barrier how many barriers are required? I know I need one between the slab and the timber and brick & some type of barrier where the waste/plumbing pipes come through the slab, but is their a requirment to spray the undersoil before the footings and slab go down? Assistance is much appriciated. I don't think there's any requirement to spray the undersoil as long as you have the physical barrier in place.
