Covered excavation to 2 metres. (We went to almost 3 metres at one point) only required to email a copy of excavators insurance when told how deep. Also covers contractors incase they turn out not to have cover. They also allow/included pool as owner builder. Escallation allowance, expediting, professionals/consultants and demolition cost/allowance incase of total loss on site were all covered as additional to the total sum insured as part of the policy.
