Not sure on when to call the plumber back to do the rough in, he said once it has been covered(roof) but the brickie just started to do the bricks and the roof isn't done yet(nest week). Most electricians and plumbers like doing it before the cover goes on as it gives them more space to work in the roof. I don't think the bricks should matter as he would have to drill out the noggins (spelling?) and studs to run his pipe. My sparkie doesn't care.
