Also under $1000 a handy man can do the work... apparently! so the $3700 for the licence etc was a waste of time Do you have any other info like a photo or 2? Most council web sites have all the info you need, .. applying the standards are the shire inspectors job but not their field so they need help sometimes to understand 'new' techniques and products. Remember waterproofing your house is very important, not just for the short term... ....you want it to be good for 20+ years... no time to skimp on the Pâté Where you are coming from is where you are going to...
