We have an architect designing our two story extension (I will OB). He organised for the quote. The quote includes: - slab and stumping design - wall, floor and roof framing - stair case. - all signoffs Sure...the place is a little unusual in parts, but it is not a completely mad design. I am interested in what others have paid for a structural engineer, how you scoped out the engineer's services and what if any pitfalls or lessons you leant from the structural engineering process.
