Browse Forums Owner Builder Forum 1 Oct 09, 2010 3:35 am Hi All Is there anyone that can pass on some contacts and give an idea about pricing for piers and a concrete slab for a Reno/extension granny flat I’m building as an owner builder I have been quoted about $13000 for 9 piers and a slab of about roughly 36 m.sq including excavation. I have found that price to be extremely high so if anyone can assist recommend and give some kind guide of pricing.
