Re: Owner Building Perth Hills - All locked up! 135Feb 09, 2012 9:10 pm Thanks everyone for the kind words, we are ticking through it all and the bathroom tiles are likely to be done in the next 2 weeks. Job list is getting smaller and smaller but still lots to do! Our final concrete polish is due next weekend, although the slab cracked a little more than we hoped but its been epoxied up and shouldnt even be noticable once finished. realestateman hi memphis, looks real good mate. Our electrical will be costing us about $2,500 for the granny flat as we are going LED lighting etc. I have not even touched on the house yet! Thanks very much rem Was just a local lighting shop, Melbourne - not a chain. Perhaps that's why it was so $$$? Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11157 Thanks again Simeon for being so elaborate.
