Our land is 19m by 43m, total about 830sqm, currently there is a old weather board house on it. We are unsure as to build one big house or building two townhouse side by side or building one unit at the back of the original house. Please help us by give us your thoughts, greatly appreciated your help. We want to maximize our returns by building a house or two town houses on it. I am not sure whether it is more economical sound to building one or two. Thank you very much.
