By the time you get all the subbys in to finish, it gets right up there. $$$$ Is it better just to get a builder to do the whole project, with another country style design? The Kit place we got ours from has some great designs and they can do the whole lot. Haven't had a brilliant experience with them but we did purchase over 2yrs ago and things change.
