You have provided such useful info and your 'journey' so far has been really inspiring. I'm looking at building in the S/W (Balingup area) in the very near future. Would love to hear of any further developments you've made. Hope all is progressing well for you boots Re: Modified Camden supplied by PAAL homes 103Aug 06, 2011 5:10 am Well it's been a very long time since I updated anything on H1 had quite a few things stuff up the most important one was the home computer which decided to die two months ago thats how long it took the insurance company to cough up a new one well up and going now so time for some update's. Well we have finally finished the main roof with the exception of the roof capping all windows are in half the of the sarking is up the wall and we actually started some cladding the evening, still having no luck with power the meter box is in the two sub boards are installed but still waiting on one piece of cable to go from the green dome to the meter box who thoughrt getting power on could be so difficult and so bloody exspensive. DW and DD twins are going great putting on weight and sleeping through thanks for asking RF. Hey Boots good to here other people here in the west looking at PAAL they have been really great through the whole process so far and there prices beat WA hands down for whats included in the kit and if you need any advice please don't hesitate to ask if I can't help I am pretty sure someone on H1 can. Hi architectbrisbane it would be nice if PAAL could visit our site but when they are on the other side of the counrty it kinda makes it a bit hard but there phone back up service has been great as we have not used any tradesmen, we have done it all ourselves and when we ring they always give us an answer straight away. We are having another (will make 6 altogether) and 16yo DD is NOT impressed. Keep up the great work Heath. Well here are some pics of progress so far. We're at lockup stage now and it's been a huge learning curve for my husband and myself. It's good to know that there are others in our same boat - we are building in a new estate where project homes rule and we are obviously the odd ones out.....though our personal opinion is that we have the best looking house there Anyway, good luck with your project.
