I love it too, thanks for sharing. DH will think it is priceless too (funny about that). Actually planning another next yr...just need this house to be finished so we have somewhere to put the little blighter. Mine range from 15 down to 1. I also get the comments that I look too young to have 5...but people equate my height to my age. I am 1.5m and ain't gonna grow anymore. Someone mistook DD (15) as DS2's (7) mother because she is 1.75m. She was horrified! We have a girl (15 from DH's first marriage. I have known her since she was 2, been her mum since she was 4...don't get me started in the issues from 'the mother' sheesh some people need to...well best not say), DH had vasectomy when she was 6mo but had it reversed. Hmm. docs said reversal didn't work but was preggers a week later . DD was 6 when DS1 was born, decided to have another close by so he was 17mo when DS2 was born. Also did the 'natural' method of contraception and so DS3 was born 2 yrs later . Planned DS4 4 yrs later, and he is now one. Always planned to have 5 but timing has not necessarily gone to plan. Now we have decided that 6 is a nice number. Well I hope everyone is enjoying our family planning stories. Perhaps we should start a family planning thread RF Build: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=34534 Flooring: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=39733 Chat: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=53303 Re: Kitome Harrington MkIII...sure the stress will be worth 31Jun 11, 2010 8:02 pm kiwi I have 5 kids too....hire a holiday home for a few days...somewhere warm, sorted!!! Kudos my friend. They drive you nuts, but the vision is of a big family christmas dinner table with all of them, their spouses a 1000 grandkids all at 'grandmas' having the best day ever!! that keeps me going. The 19 yr old is fabulous with them all..although he sometimes says...wasnt it great when it was just you and me mum, before all of these came along..(there is 6 yrs between him and the next) How different it would be now if that was the case!! (I would be in the tropics..on a cruise!) talking of cruises, how about $1000 spent on a house boat...cruising some of those crocodile infested waters up your way.. scary.... the 1 yr old would be lunch. you can see it now ay... well... looks like the $1000 will just be spent on a good christmas lunch in your new home..hire a chef for the day..it will be fab! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ This is the corner of one of the internal wall frames...squashed Just found it there when I went out to take some photos. I am assuming it was done when the steel place were delivering a few extra pieces our builder just ordered. Have left a message with the builder about it. I really don't have time to waste to get this fixed...I don't know if we will have to have a whole new frame made. The damage is irreparable. All external frame, trusses and verandah floor/posts/beams are up and ceiling battens went on today. Had frame inspection yesterday and council want photocopies of everything they don't already have copies of. Also want to know if there are any brace walls in the internal walls (there are not up yet, in a pile on the ground, one of which a truck drove over last week) so need to talk to Kitome about that. My guess is that none of them are, council will want some, Kitome won't help, I will have to organise engineering/manufacture/cost etc....but that's just an educated guess . Absolutely overwhelmed with the time I am spending sorting out bathroom and kitchen design/inclusions/quotes etc. Have more pics of the house to date but they are still on the camera. Will upload some designs for the bathroom and ensuite (when I figure out how to change the current format).
