Some bricks are brittle and chip a lot easier than others, sometimes you get bundles that every bricks header has a hair line crack thru it. Generally it's better to order more than less, because sometimes if u have order an extra 500 bricks they could be a different shade because they weren't cooked in the same batch and if the bricks are untouched and easy to access the brick company will come pick them up for free.
