Although when speaking with termite guy he told us that if termites didn't eat the frame and favoured the trim and other timber in the house we wouldn't have a case other than through the usual home insurance (if it were covered). We ended up going for a physical termite barrier as apposed to a chemical treatment and didn't go for the termite treated pine either.
