After 2 years planning, getting design, approval - all that stuff - we have finally started on our build. We are using a registered builder for most parts and are trying to get our hands dirty at every opportunity. We have had to deal with fire conditions, fire ants, reactive soil, flood issues - you name it, we've had to comply!!
