This is a good size house and in my opinion there is no way you can get a final product within that price. Having just done this, I would strongly advise you to reconsider your costs and get some quotes (on the big items at least) before committing yourself. I spent a lot of time pricing our project and this is probably why I was under budget with most items. I know that you will be doing a lot of work yourself but there are a few items that you did not include in your budget and trust me although they might seem small they add up to thousands of dollars.
