The EPA have today provided me with copies of 5 audit reports which indicate that the ground water is contaminated with cadmium, copper, zinc, natrate and phosphate. I do not know what these things are, or if it is a concern. As such, the EPA did not issue at Certificate of Environmental Audit for the area the estate is built in, but instead issued a Statement.
