ground water contamination in camden green, cranbourne north

Hi there,

I am looking at purchasing a house in Camden Green in Cranbourne North. The EPA have today provided me with copies of 5 audit reports which indicate that the ground water is contaminated with cadmium, copper, zinc, natrate and phosphate. I do not know what these things are, or if it is a concern.

As such, the EPA did not issue at Certificate of Environmental Audit for the area the estate is built in, but instead issued a Statement.

Are there any other residents from Camden Green out there, or anyone else, who may have advice or thoughts on this?

Thank you
