It is a small kit home raised about 400m & the kit includes nothing for internals, no walls, insulation, doors etc. Just structural steel, roof, external walls, suspended flooring system & gutters. So what order should we do things? My guess is as follows: 1. Move some dirt, level out the ground 2. Dig the trenches for septic & dist boxes etc? 3. Dig holes for suspended flooring system? 4.? Plan and schedule things ahead of time particularly if you need a tradesman to attend on a certain date. Choose your PC items such as toilets, baths and sinks and also the desired location as knowing this from the start will save time and money in the long run. Good Luck.
