Browse Forums Owner Builder Forum 1 Jan 21, 2010 11:21 pm Hello everyone, Can someone please tell me what insurance we need for owner builders? 1. Workers Compensation? 2. HIA Indeminity? 3. Theft and Damage? 4. Any other insurances? what company generally provide a reasonable insurance for OBs? Right at the moment i am getting some quotes about 2600. A bit of shock......What about your ppl? What are you getting? Cheers, Mike. Thanks everyone for your help. Wish you happy in 2010.
