The missing window in the facade bothers me. I'd either adjust the plan to be able to add the window or change the facade around so it doesn't look like something was left out. My thoughts on spaciousness, yes I love space, I want more space, space is good... but I have seen rooms, just occasionally, on real estate websites that look too big. They are about as stylish as a gymnasium and all I can think of is I would need a ride-on vacuum cleaner so maybe just be careful of that, the entrance to the master suite looks a bit big to me. Have you figured out the dimensions of the staircase? Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days?
