The majority of timber and concrete stumped houses built around that era, have the stumps spaced fairly evenly throughout the whole house. There might be a couple of extra's under a load bearing wall here and there. But generally they were built with big beams at even centres (back when big timber wasn't so expensive) The extra wall you plan to put in is just a partition so is not load bearing therefore would not require extra support. The only thing you may need to consider is whether what is there is sufficient to support the extra weight of a fully filled bath. You may only need to whack in a few extra joists. Replacing the concrete cancer riddled stumps in my old post war was probably one of the worst jobs i've ever had to do.
