There're some VERY ******* ones around and fixing a slab problem's very hard and costs heaps, so choose carefully and don't go automatically for cheap. Practically everybody I talk to tell a concrete horror story. For ANY sort of frame construction you've got to have the slab square and dimensioned as per plans. The best way to achieve that is to get a surveyor to set up the slab and a specialist for formwork and have the granos to do ONLY the pour. It may cost a bit more, but it'd be worth it. Sorry for running off the mouth about the slab, but I was badly burnt.
