Hi All
Has anyone bought this and used it? And if so, was it worth it? I must say, I am very tempted (even though Ruth's spreadsheet is awesome! - Thanks Ruth )

So $60 is nothing! I want this partially for the bank but I actually want it more for us so I can keep a handle on everything. Both of us will still be working whilst the build is going on and I will feel much more in control I think if i have it all on our computer and details are easily accessible either at home or work. Re: Easy Pro Estimators Program 4Apr 30, 2009 12:20 am what i ment was im not sure a bank will accept this program from what ive seen on here they want a professional estimation done id ring my bank and ask them what they require even so 3 grand seems way over the top just to give estimates. maybe if you get quotes for each of the main stages slab frame trusses cladding roof windows flooring plaster kitchen appliances laundry bathrooms connections plumber electrician draftsmen/architect painting lighting fixtures landscaping pathways/driveway maybe if you have actual physical qoutes then the bank would be happy i know some have actually tried to get higher quotes so as to borrow more but im not sure that works with ob,s anyway if you think it will help buy it and if its great you may be able to copy it and sell it to others eventually getting your money back good luck loretta its fun so dont be scared, hell if i can lay 2000+ bricks anyone can lol cheers shelley stay safe happy building AFAIK, flashing is a minimum standard.
