We have not as yet 100 per cent decided on cladding. Has anyone done any cost differences using Weathertex type weatherboard versus a foam system. Naturally with the Weathertex we would have to insulate. It is my uneducated opinion that having to use qualified tradesman to finish off the foam cladding would far outweigh the costs of DIY weatherboards. Also has anybody heard of washers et cetera pulling through the foam after some time and becoming visible?
