Regarding homeowners warranty insurance, when is it required to take out insurance? If you sell after 3 years do you then take out insurance at that point in time and have coverage for only 3.5 years? FD Beck said that the offer warranty insurance as well. I aksed FD Beck what actual insurer they use and they told me QBE who I have heard of.
