I am wondering if anyone can give me any advice or any questions I should be asking. We are only getting the shell of the home (windows included). I have no idea about the whole process & don't want to be taken for a ride & ripped off because I no nothing about the process. Please help! Re: Talking to kit home provider, any warnings? 2Feb 23, 2009 10:47 am hey good luck we looked at wide span and they looked really good im guessing your going for the big barn style house. ask them to quote you on erecting the house as we were told about 6-7 grand which i thought would save heaps of time. i love their flooring system it basically sits on full height strategically based steel posts so essentially you only have a few holes to dig from memory i think it was 6 down 4 across so 24 holes and your done id love to know how you go with them unfortunately our block wouldnt work with that style house but their is one built near bendigo and it looks great.good luck hope it all goes well for you Re: Talking to kit home provider, any warnings? 3Feb 23, 2009 11:23 am We are actually going for the Aussie Retreat...
