I'm asking because I'm wary of industry price guides as I've had a fair bit of experience with car price guides in my work and they don't bear much relationship to the market. For example, the guide prices for the last four cars in my family were about 30% under, 50% under, 40% over, and 30% over market prices. And I would have loved to get anywhere near the trade-in prices they specify. If this is a custom build then I would expect the builder to set out the door frame closer to the wall to avoid the gap between architrave and the wall and or specify… 9 8306 Elvis has left the building...
