Hi Fellow Owner Builders
I have completed one owner builder renovation and now some eight years later I am downsizing into a townhouse where I would like to add a small single storey kitchen extension. Can I do this as an owner builder? I am an end town house but I do have a shared party wall with my neighbour.
Does anybody know anything about this?
