Our house is on the market and a building inspector engaged by a prospective buyer listed this as a structural "defect" in his report. What options do we have to rectify the matter. Does your house slot into the 75mm category, do the pavers form an impermeable surface and does the surface slope away from the house? Plenty of houses fail to meet the reg and provided the weep holes are not critically low, water doesn't pool against the house and drainage of the water once it is away from the house is good, it realistically shouldn't hinder a sale.
