could you help me out with an estimate. We're planning to build a basement with besser block brickwork.
I did the math and calculated the costs around $400 m2 (blocks 3.6 each, work 15$ per block, 400$ concrete per m, 50$ render per m2)
I'm I right? Or is it much cheaper
or more expensive?
site location is NSW.

Start with a survey, geotech and flood report, It also helps if you have proper certified 3d engineering Bim Drawings, Basement Details and Data
The data that is specific to your project can be linked to live costs online, always cross check the data against reliable sources.

I'm after a ballpark figure for the wall/ construction work itself. How much does it cost me to get 1m2 of besser block wall build and rendered (it will be around 150m2 in the end)?
Do you have any estimate for me?
