Time sure gets away. But I thought I'd chuck a few more pics up of what we've done around the place. Which really isn't that much. The list of things to do is still a mile long! The garage is done-ish. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The kids were keen for a cubby so me and dad got one of them up. Just like the house there is still a lot of finishing off needed on that! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ At Christmas time we started on the retaining wall around the garage. I just put the last bit on that the other day, and I still need to fill in behind it with some dirt we've got down the back. I would soooo love a concrete driveway-how deep did you make it? 75 or 100mm? Thanks Deemaree. Its cool having another little one around the place. And the girls are being so nice to him too. That'll all change once he up and about and getting into their stuff We went for 100mm deep, mostly. Some bits came out a lot thicker, and I'm betting some is a bit thinner too. And we got the slightly thicker mesh too, just cause its on a slope. So far the only cracks are along the cracker strips we put in. Cheers, Pete viewtopic.php?f=38&t=8824 Re: Our Kitome Glenbrook - Garage Roof On 147Jun 29, 2012 9:38 pm Thanks for that-we would need around 100 lineal metres x between 6 to 10m wide for our total driveway. TBH-had never thought of doing ourselves...but stepfather has done a bit of concreting-as has my brother....
