It helps when you have contacts in the industry but i dont trust anyone when they tell me "you wont get a better price then this". Go for it, i know i will in a few months, hopefully in a few weeks we will be out of council and on our way. So doesn't matter how they look. Ended up finding some 'purpose made' bricks that are (as the name states) especially made for rendering / bagging. Nice and square and flat on one face and got them for the bargain price of $380 / 1000.
