No heating, no cooling, just the passive design. We've talked to the owners, they said that the temp never drops below 17 in winter and rises above 28-29 in summer. They've been living there for a year and are pretty satisfied with performance. The only thing we didn't like was the natural "clay" paint. It was all smudgy and didn't look all that great.
