I am almost finished my Cert IV in NatHERS. There are a lot of things that need to be entered correctly to ensure you get an accurate rating. I could list them all here but it might take me ages! Can you let me know how you have entered your data. Do you have areas zoned properly? Do you have all penetrations put in (exhaust and downlights etc) Have you entered entered all penetrations and offsets (for eaves/verandahs etc) 0 2024 10 years ago was a different software than we use now. it has had a lot of changes over the past years.
