As ddaroch says, the labour should be cheaper as the Hebel bricks are larger so a wall can go up pretty quick. The footings should be smaller too as there is less weight per sq m of wall than conventional bricks. They are very easy to cut relative to standard bricks however this makes it harder to screw fix hardware like brackets to them. Once you have rendered and painted the wall there is no perceptible difference between normal brick walls and one made from a Hebel product but with a lot more of the advantages.
