Access point for grey water

Our house was supposed to be made grey water ready. The building designer stipulated that the builder was supposed to provide a single junction between the grey and black water water, junction to be easily accessible from the backyard on the western side of the house. The builder is now telling me that the access point for the grey water is where the overflow relief gully is. I am struggling to understand how we access the grey water from this point. Does anyone else know?
