You have to be careful what sealer you use, as most water based sealers react with the acid, and cause white patches. We are wanting to over-coated with e-colour no-voc paint. It seems pointless to use oil based under this!!! After taking the bull by the horns and trusting the company we bought 60L of eco sealer and 60L of low sheem 'eco style' to experiment with a NO VOC paint.... Well we are extremely happy No fumes at all when painting both the sealer and top coat. Has stuck to the wall really well and has a nice even finish. It was a bit 'slippery' on the roller, but you got used to it. So highly recommend this paint.
