Re: true value solar panels 2May 08, 2011 3:57 pm Before you consider using this company or its products I STRONGLY suggest you have a thorough read on the Whirlpool site in the Green Tech section Arfur Re: true value solar panels 3May 08, 2011 4:13 pm I went to have a look at whats said on that site to see if lined up with my instinct and it does. So I'll tell ya what I was thinking when I read the question. I don't like the name cos it sounds like the type of name companies choose when trying to attract cheap easy customers. And the other thing was what do you mean your not sure what brand they use? If they won't answer your questions I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole (that's the way we ruled out one solar hot water guy, he just wouldn't tell us anything, pretending he was the expert and we wouldn't understand and didn't need to know.) If they won't answer your questions Most reputable companies will name the components they use, but they can be subject to change if unavailable. That then created the problem when some were naming quality components then installing ultra elcheapo panels and inverters driven by greed of the almighty dollar. Quote: Has anyone got any recent info on this company / service? Rules prohibit me from describing this company (and others) in this forum as it will possibly be deleted anyway. Once again I suggest you try Whirlpool website under Green Tech and type True Value in the little search window (I think) at the bottom of the page. It might be dated, but bad companies rarely change their style.
