I don't park a car in there - it's used for a motorbike, a table tennis table and storage. My main concern is keeping the moisture and bugs out. At the moment the floor is just dirt and I've thrown some yellow tongue boards down, but that won't last much longer, particularly with all this rain we've been getting in Melbourne.
