I regret the day I ever contacted them. Product is good - installation was awful - Customer service non existant - staff were extremely RUDE and ignorant. I believe mis management of the business caused the collapse. Staff members who were rude and insolent when I was a customer have since banded together to try to convince previous customers to go with them - these were the very people who never returned my calls when we had problems + fobbed me off re having the unit reinstalled (was put in the wrong place on my property + flooded every time it rained) until they went broke - also had about 5 air pumps since 2007. Service Alarm calls re malfunction of unit were not attended to within the prescribed time frame. I always had to follow up my phone calls several times. I have not taken up their generous offer needless to say but found a former installer who knows his stuff & we use him since Biolytix took our money for a renewed service agreement and went broke 5 minutes later earlier this year. We use H2Gold - look them up on the internet www.h2gold.com I need to replace the worn mohair seal on my sliding window, but I can't get access to the end to slide the old one out & push the new one in. I could probably rip the old… 0 5177 Thanks Simon, I guess I'm no concerned with the volume of the noise rather that dead and hollow sound and feel that is associated with floating floors. But I'm not sure… 3 6114 |
