Really, why would you want a full test report for domestic cat 6 installation. Most sparky data installers wouldnt have the expensive test gear any how to correctly certify the cable and install. Plug it in and check it works because most are only going to do a simple polarity test with a cheap $20 tester any way. or better still go to Jaycar and get yourself one.
