My mate and I did it after handover (first weekend in the house). I organised my own flooring, so I was able to hold off on the installation of my carpet in the theatre room. The room is only just over 5m. If it was bigger like 7m, yeah two would be good. Re: Home theatre seats 28Nov 12, 2009 1:16 pm ah cheers for that.. and yeah awesome.................. Good job on the raised floor too... looks great Re: Home theatre seats 30Nov 13, 2009 8:06 am I agree - mega cool job. I really love it when people use theatre style carpet as well. Top stuff Re: Home theatre seats 31Nov 13, 2009 9:32 am Thanks guys. Yeah Matt, they are very comfy. Too comfy in fact, that I have a habit of falling asleep before the movie finishes. Re: Home theatre seats 32Nov 13, 2009 3:39 pm Yeah, I nearly fell asleep in one of Matts a few weeks ago, but that might actually have been because he was talking at the time... Re: Home theatre seats 36Dec 02, 2009 2:02 pm waranraz Hi all, can anyone here advice me. I am thinking of getting a 63-65 inch panasonic plasma for my home theatre area. Instead of going for the overhead projector and screen. Is that a better way to go... so many options out there it does come down to how much you have to spend and what parts do you want to replace in time also comes down to personal taste.. I myself am going for the HT room with a screen as i relaly love going to the movies and that "whole" vibe where as soem people also want to watch sports and IMO projectors won't cut the mustard Kodiak Data Cabling onFaceBook Consult*, Design and Installation Data, TV, Home Theatre/ AV Cabling, Multi Room Audio, IP CCTV and Door Intercoms Ask for a Quote. *DIY DATA Cabling Is Ilegal Re: Home theatre seats 38Nov 14, 2010 9:44 am Mia's Folly Hi guys, if it's not to late to offer another option, try Bay Leather Republic for your seating. I bought a four seat combination which is all electric "and" they have an 18mth interest free, with no repayments at all. Name of unit is Prime Time. We just ordered this unit yesterday (Bay Leather Republic Prime Time) - 4 seats with electric motions, full leather all the way around, one of the best, softest leathers I've ever felt! Black leather to match our grey colour scheme. Plus it looks modern - sleek, without all the fluffy/puffiness that seems to affect many other recliners. Costs a little more, but you do get the electric motion, which I just thought was the icing on the cake! Can't wait for it to be delivered - should have it next week! Only took us about 4 months to decide on which recliner to get.
