If it was bigger like 7m, yeah two would be good. hey fuzzy how high did you make the platform and how did to come to that conclusion? Re: Home theatre seats 42Dec 09, 2010 7:31 pm Hi there Rahadza,
There is a great resource in the USA called AVSforum. You can get there by going to avsforum.com. It's all free and I have found some fantastic advice from like minded people. In any case, they have all of the calculations for riser heights here: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=505237 Best of luck with your build. Greg Re: Home theatre seats 43Dec 14, 2010 12:54 pm Thanks for the tip Tony some very usefull information over there. For those who are looking for an all in one calculator spreadsheet I found this site in my travels and found it extremely useful. Hopefully it can help someone else out too! http://www.carltonbale.com/home-theater ... alculator/ Re: Home theatre seats 44Feb 07, 2011 4:31 pm I searched for about a year looking for seats for my room. NOTHING came close to what i was after. I eventually got them custom made. They are the most comfy seats ever! They are a very plush velvet, factory scotch guarded, fully motorized and built like tanks. They suit the art deco cinema i'm in the middle of building. It VERY hard to find classic Art Deco decor. Is each recliner individually powered, or do they come together with a single power cord? Mine all "daisy chain" together and plug into 1 point. (one thing of the list for the eventual move-in).. I visited Damro on the weekend and found the 4 seater Esteem leather one of the most comfortable seats i've ever sat on (http://www.damro.com.au/lrecliner3.html). Does anyone have these?
