To give you a guide, the basic NBN pack with 2 data points and a TV points is $1100. Single data or TV points are $275ea, if there are 2 points on a plate (1 TV and 1 Data), the price is $375. A plate with 3 points is $465, and 4 points is $550. There is also 2 storey allowance of $265. These prices are through the builder and are approximate at this stage. The place Clarendon Homes uses is Zurcorp Australia Pty Ltd and each data point was about $80 or $90 including Cat-5e wiring.
