Browse Forums Home Theatre & Automation 1 Jan 17, 2015 9:31 pm So I've been looking at getting rid of foxtel soon and trying out some of the new internet tv companies such as stan, presto, Netflix which for what i pay for foxtel i could get all 3 services and its still cheaper then foxtel. ...but....we are heavy internet users and being as all these services use your internet to stream im worried we will use up our monthly data limit quick. We are already on the highest iprimus data plan why have we still not got unlimited packages offered to us yet? Its bad enough we only have 2 providers in the aurora estate for fibreoptic. I have friends in south morang who have just been connected to the nbn and have heaps of providers and all have unlimited packages for the same price im paying. So frustrating even if i could get optus they have fetch tv which doesn't count towards your data quota if your net is through them. About Netflix, I have been their US customer for over 3 years now, pay with an Aussie card, no problems there. Have you tried calling Optus? Or is it an estate limitation?
