The characteristics of Jamo speakers work rather well with my current setup, and most of the Krix range don't handle the sort of power my amp puts out (Yamaha RX-V2067, up to 190W per channel not that anybody drives them that hard under real circumstances).
But you know how it is with audio gear... you find a brand that you like the sound of and tend to stick with it forever. Jamo has always been a good experience for me, not once has their product let me down. The IC610 SUR model is almost perfect for my situation... handles the right level of power (150-200W), sound aiming, bi-pole/di-pole toggle, etc.
I'll take a look into the Krix option though, you never know.
